The fieldwork was conducted in an 8th grade art class at the Stone Scholastic Elementary School. Students explored the experience of immigration through a field rip to the Children's Museum of Immigration at the Swedish American Museum in Andersonville, Chicago, as well as interdisciplinary art-making and writing.
